That question goes hand in hand with all the other posts you've had bashing Polaris. People are tired of reading and answering those questions.

New American OutLaw...
My opinion about this being a first year bike -
It's basically a predator and that's time tested - The suspension "PRO-IRS" in the rear is really the main addition on this bike and Polaris has been doing that forever... (just not on sport models)
My understanding (and I could be wrong) is the Company wanted to create a bike that was trail worthy but still sporty - for people like me that want to ride the trails but aren't interested in jumping hill and dale or racing around a track like Sonic the hedgehog. But then again, when you want to crank it up you can scoot around with authority. Also, you can mod and make changes easily and effectively for more HP gains if you want to do that.
The three year extended warranty should make this bike more attractive to those that are hedging because it puts Polaris on the hook for any de-bugging for three full years...

I just got back from the dealer here who just got one in yesterday and it is the only one they will get--- the price on it was $7208 plus tax and they do not intend to sell it for anything less due to the limited availability. I looked it over and sat on it-you feel different than on a predator but I have not ridden it yet.
