I quess its safe to say by the information gathered that although alot of people experiance the hard shifting issue , it is by all meens NOT normal. As i mentioned earlier , i wasted my time takeing it back to the dealer who did nothing for the problem. I called Polaris today to get to the bottom of this issue that so many people have that the factory gets blamed for.Surely that many 4 wheelers are not being shipped with misaligned clutchs. They are supposed to call me back by Tuesday to discuss the problem. Im not gonna screw around taking this thing back and forth to the dealer so they can **** around and get paid for the warranty work.

I think you've made the correct decession. The issue is not normal. I think it comes back a dealer who knows their stuff. SRS tried to make me believe it was a non-issue. Hilltop Cycle rode it around the building once, parked it, and said it wasn't right, and then fixed it.

i guess i dont get it about these dealers that dont have a clue about their products they sell or how to fix them, nor care about making their customers happy. where i live their is at least 3 polaris dealers w/in 15 to 45 miles from me so its alot of compition between them so my dealer strives to make me happy if he wants repete bussiness.
