Consider yourself partially corrected. OHV's are not treated the same as ATV's, many parks do not allow them at all or limit the trails they can go on. (Well, here in MN anyway)

 

They sure are allowed, heck in this state you can drive your pickup on the trails if it'll fit!

in missouri i cannot drive my 6wheel amphib in the state atv parks because it is over the width limit. i dont really care because i have a place to drive it. it is a aatv. amphibious all terrain vehicle.

 

maybe they will come out with a new line of quads, somewhat like they have with the street legal ones for europe, it sure would be a bold move on their part, im sure they would research the market real good before sinking mega bucks into that idea though, anyone recall filling out questionaires or surveys recently
