Instructions on installing oil injector block off
I just got a used Trailblazer 250 and went on one trail ride and fried the piston. I just had the cylinder bored out .5mm and got a new top end. I also ordered the HPD oil pump block off kit. I was reading how to install one for a Blaster but could not find any directions on installing this one on the Trailblazer. My concern is that on the Blaster you had to remove a gear drive behind the main side case. What all needs to be done when installing one on a 250 Trailblazer? There were no instructions.
Thanks!

Instructions on installing oil injector block off
I just got through removing my 400's a week or two ago.
Not sure their exactly the same.I do plan to do the same on my wife's 250 before too long.
I removed the oil tank.I removed the part there at the front of the motor where the lines for the oil injection runs.Take off the front plate. On the inside you'll have to remove the cable and 3 screw(I think some only have 2).
I had to remove 3 screws on the outside.
Then it should all come off very easily. You should not have to force it off.
There was a line that run to the carb.I took off the screw and the line.
I replaced it with a regular screw.
I think there is an extra part that you have to put back on compared to a 400.
When you put on the block off plate,I put on some triple bond to help make sure it seals good.
You'll have to get a single throttle cable compared to the 1 into 2 cable you have now.One runs to the carb and the other goes to the oil injector.I have heard of people that didn't and said their throttle would hang up with the dual cable.
Hopefully I didn't forget anything.Hopefully someone that has a 250 will reply.
