Default painting plastic headlight pod??????

have a 2005 sportsman 700!want to change the headlight pod to black?can't find one!wondering if anyone had any luck painting any of their plastic?ps plastic paint didn't stick worth the s@@@!

Check out Dupa-color...Not sure on the spelling though.......Check out to see if they have anything on their web-site.......I know they have LOTS of different kinds of spray paint and some of them even change color now!!!!!!!....They should have something for plastis ......................it might come in a two piece kit.........it they don't have it nobody will....Caper................

check out the stealth 07 sportsman 800, the color is kind of a rough black but maybe it will work for you. they cost about 30 bucks.

We used Krylon's fusion paint for plastic on our 160, other than where our boots have rubbed the paint off, it hasn't cracked or peeled. As far as where the scratches are, we just touch it up.

remember one thing regular spray paint is oil based so if u would by anychance get gas on the paint, it will show runs...

Don't forget to get paint with a flex agent in it for plastic or prime it with a flex agent.

I used the Krylons Fusion plastic paint on my honda lawn tractors plactis parts - worked great - didnt even sand them first - just cleaned really good

have done aggressive decal removal and paint on plastic/rubber

if you like it I can give details on how I did it

this was 2 years back and slight peel on rubber parts but not plastic
