Polaris front end wobble

I bought a 2005 Scrammy on thursday and the front end wobbles sometimes, whats the problem? I read something about stiffening the rear shock to put more pressure on the front end?? think that will help? it has street tires on it that seem to be a bit bigger than stock, perhaps this is part of it?

have you checked for any loose bolts and nuts? something could be loose. also check the tie rod ends or could be some bushings getting worn. almost forgot too, the tires could be out of balance. hop this helps

I will check all of that, thank you for your response, with me being in a wheelchair and all its kind of difficult to check all of that stuff but i will give it a shot, thank you again.

normal thing to suspect is the shocks

try the bounce test on both sides at front

are the front tires point out and not forward?

the "bounce" is simple. push down on one corner and when you release the pressure it should just come back up and not bounce up and down at all.

I couldn't imagine an 05 with the shocks pounded out of it already, but stranger things have happened

shocks seem ok, however i notice i hold the handlebars a lettle to the left to make it go straight, i think the alignment of the front tires may be a little off, should they both be pointed in just a little? or at 0 degrees of toe? I race r/c cars and we set em up with -2 degrees of toe, makes em steer nice and drive strait, same rules apply ya think??
