Polaris 800 Stealth Edition on the trails in Northern Saskatchewan
Hi!
Last weekend we rode through some great trails through northern Saskatchewan
at the Little Bear Lake Resort.
This is located about 200km north of the small city of Prince Albert.
I updated my Photo Bio with pictures of some of the trails and scenery.
You can see our Polaris 800 Stealth in action.
Have look!
Just click the camera at the left to see the pictures.
Thanks,

Good point on the, "why can't we all get along", topic. I bumped into a guy when we were unloading to ride and he asked if he could tag along with us. Had the Yami Grizz with the power steering. Last year he had a Sportsman 800 but he said that he rolled it end over end down a hill at Hatfield McCoy. We bumped into a couple of his buddies and they joined us on their Sportsmen. We stopped for lunch by a nice mountain pond and ran into a dozen more folks this guy new. Mostly Sportsman machines, couple Suzies, Kawis, and of course the Yami. We all had a great time. They're all great machines and can go through just about anything. The guy on the Yami even went backwards through a deep mudhole riding on the front rack. It was a hoot. I think the only machine I would not consider for my personal needs is the Honda line. They badly need a true 4wd. Other than that they are great machines too.

I see in your pics the 800 Stealth has the dual head pipes and mufflers. The one at my dealership that I'm considering buying has a quick 2 into 1 head pipe and a single muffler. Also yours has polished rims while the one at my dealership has dark grey rims.
Just wondered what was going on with these two variations of the 800 Stealth. Also, does the Stealth have ADC like the Deluxe?

My stealth has the 2 into 1 pipe and came with the winch. They had a 500 stealth with duals but didn't come with the winch. Dealer said they keep changing things up and he didn't know what the deal was. I think my stealth is faster than my deluxe was with the duals. never ran them on the gun though.

Hi!
I don't think it has ADC..
I also seen a new Stealth,,maybe it was a 2008 model. It had the black rims you mentioned as well as more of a straight shape in the spokes VS the round texture that mine has.
The one I saw also had some Carbon Fibre type decals around the Polaris logo.
I didn't like it that much and certainly prefer mine over the new version.

So honestly what do you like
better your Kaw or the Polaris?

Hi!
I actually like both of them , and have to admit they are 2 completely different bikes.
If I had to choose one though, it would be the Polaris and mainly because of the EFI which gives me the ability to use in both summer and winter. It started rally easy in -30C weather. This year I will be getting a plough and again the Polaris wins here due to the 30 second mounting time for install and uninstall of the blade.
I love the quickness of the Kawasaki and the quiet shifting. The Polaris feels clunky in that regards. The Polaris does have a softer ride overall.
There are a lot of differences,,but really both bikes are great in their own ways.
