the way to fill those hubs is to fill it at the 12 o clock position then turn it to either the 4 o clock or 8 o clock position and let it drain out until it quits draining.

 

Well this morning I went and got a quart of ATF Type F fluid. I went home and rode the Scrambler around a little to warm up the hubs and noticed that it was in 2WD. I tried to switch it into 4Wd and nothing happened. The light didn't go on or anything this time. I brought it back into the garage and drained the hubs (three times to get rid of the old ATF) and filled them properly as you guys have suggested. I cleaned the switch really well, checked and cleaned all the electrical connections, checked the wires, everything I can think of. It still will only stay in 2WD. I rode it around a little and it seemes to feel fine otherwise. I'm stumped!

 

I took if for a good 6 mile run yesterday. It will just switch in and out of AWD whenever it feels like it. I have no control over it whatsoever. I'm pretty sure I'll be taking it to the dealer later today. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img]
