GAS prices
Last week took the truck out for some long trips, put almost 1000 miles on in a week, had to travel out of state and visit family, then did a lot of errands and some bird hunting, around 1.67 in the Minneapolis area, 2 months ago, I filled the truck from the "red" zone on the guage for 84 bucks, last week, the same fill cost me 33, what a huge difference !!! from 4.05 to 1.67 puts a LOT of extra money in my pocket !!!

It really pays to check at gasbuddy.com before you fill up. They have a seperate site for each state and province, and you pick your city off a list. http://www.gasbuddy.com/GB_StateList.aspx I just checked and the price was anywhere from $1.52 - $1.75 here in the last 24 hours. That makes a difference of almost $5 on 20 gallons depending on where you go. We complain about gas prices a lot but when it went over $4 in the summer it was about $10-11 a gallon in Europe. They were already paying $5 a galon in several countries back when we were only paying a dollar. We really don't have it that bad even when it does go up.
