800 header pipe is on it's way...
 

Well I finally have the 800 pipe coming and was just wondering what if any tricks or problems I might have when I install it....Maybe I should beef up the heat sheild tape while I have the side plastic off?? Thanks guys...I wanted to get it jethotted but I'm a little low on cashola right now....Lastly I'm pretty sure it will bolt up to my existing muffler also....

there's a new updated heat sheild out (1 pc) altho most of sp700 ones will fit, I added extra tape on my plastic and no problems.

800 header pipe is on it's way...
 

Mine has a pretty big shield on the front piece then i reused my rear shield for the back piece.......Thanks Jimmy.........

if anything w/ the 800 header it should run a little cooler w/ more exhaust flow i would think. did you change the air intake as well or is it as big as the 800's now?

Yes I changed out the intake to an 800 also....
