1999 sportsman 500 torc spec's for front shaft outer nut?
 

what is the ft pound torc spec for the outer nut of the front shaft just replaced it, also can i use standered atf fluid in the hub?

Pre torque nut to 15-20 pounds,loosen 1/2 turn,torque to 12 foot pounds. Can use ATF, all EARLY models used ATF,but newer fluid"supposed" to be better at lubricating awd parts. Good luck
