Default Carb Issue

Just purchased a 2000 Trail Blazer 250. It is bogging down when I throttle past 1/3. When I throttle to about 1/3, I can open the choke and open the throttle to nearly WOT without bogging down. Any suggestions?

I have replaced filters, sparkplug (gapped correctly), cleaned the carb, etc.

Adjusting the two adjustment screws on the carb have not helped.

Thanks,
Troy

IF RUNS GOOD WITH CHOKE ON then almost certain carb jet or jets still stopped up OR wrong JETTING?. Did you replace needle and seat, check float height? Make sure main jet and small pilot jet screwed in body of carb clean and open. Also check that vent tubes open. Also is compression good (100 psi or more) AIR/fuel screw should be about 1 1/2- 2 turns out. Simple engine, should be able to narrow down. Good luck
