Default Brake Problem

Help! I inherited a 1998 magnum 425 that has been sitting for three years. I have cleaned the carb, changed all the fluids , plug, serviced chain, ect. The machine runs terrific with one hangup. As the machine gets hot the brake lever tightens and thus applys the front brakes. I'm baffled. If the machine sits in the hot sun this happens. When cold it operates fine. Wondering if someone could give advice.

Default Brake Problem

did you check the brake cylinder to make sure that the pistons arent runsted/corroded so brake pressure isnt released? not sure wht after it warms up it would be having issues unless the master cylinder is having the same isues w/ corrosion or rust. may need a rebuild. just a guess.
