Valve adjustment Polaris
It is a real easy job to do, as a matter of fact my wife did her own after I did mine. I have a set of directions at the house that I got from doing a search and if you don't find any by the time I get home from work I will get them to you. I found a write up with pictures and everything. I will tell you that if you want to get a jump on it I do remember that you need to take off the side panels and the cover over the fuel tank. You need to remove the cvt snorkel and unbolt the fuel tank(don't remove tank just lift out of way) Take off the head of the moter and the side cover were the timeing chain is. Remove the bolt that is on top of the pull rope housing, THIS PART IS VERY IMPOTANT! Look inside the hole and pull the rope slowly and you will see a line that needs to line up with a V inside of the rope houseing and once you line this up you will be at top dead center. I have a picture of what the timing chain spocket should be sitting at. Now you need to loosen up the jam nuts on top of the valves and use 2 feeler gages to set the gap but I can't remember what they were.
