Bill, I don't know what to say. It IS the number listed on Rick Ritter's website. RITTER CYCLE RACING, 618-644-3211. What did you get? I just talked to Rick a couple of weeks ago with that number.

I dialed the number you gave and they said it was incorrect,I even read it back to them.I tried it again,it WORKED.

Yes, I agree with CaptNemo, phone company is a bunch of horse pucky. You had me scratching my head. I thought I had transposed a number ( I do that a lot, senior moment).
I hope you got a hold of Rick, good people.
