'09 Polaris 550 XP or '09 Grizzly 700 FI Auto
#21
XP all the way, no comparison. Previous generation Sportsman all the way. Sounds like the new XP completely blows away the grizz in all areas. The weight issue is a pointless debate, you won't be lifting any of them out of a mud hole by hand. Why is it that a Yamaha Apex snowmobile at 600 pounds is a tank, yet the grizzly at 600 pounds is "light and nimble" lol. My snowmobiles are less than 500 pounds, and have just as much fun on my 800 Sportsman, which is 275 pounds heavier.

Polaris 550xp Le Browning
Hey the 550 Browning whitch I have, is great. My Uncle has a Grizzly 700, (Kinda random you asked that question). It has 3 wheel drive and need's to be switched to 4 to get it, if it even has that feature. The Polaris has True all wheel drive and is very fast. Also if you plan on driveing on field's that are dusty, the browning seem's to make less dust and put more power to the ground without the wheels slipping. Polaris has the biggest standard tire on any ATV! The camo can't seem to get scratched on my ATV, but i never payed any attention to my unlce's though. Also the polaris has Dual A-Arms front and back and the Yamaha has 0. Also the engine is tilted 90 degrees, letting you ride it like a sport quad and the power or a Utility. The Browning comes with a FREE winch, FREE work lights so ya go with polaris
