4 WD won't activate Help

Default 4 WD won't activate Help

I rolled my quad and had it repaired. When I rolled it 4WD was engaged and now it won't engage. The front rods spin but the tire doesn't roll with the rod Help please any sugestions...

Whoever you had do the repairs didn't do a thorough job! Either take it back to them or take it to someone who knows what they're doing!
As in the previous post it does help to include the model and year of your quad as they do have different setups. Or just create a signature in your profile so it's there on all your posts!

The front shaft spins all the time even in 2wd, its the Hilliary,s engagement that turns the front wheels.Did you screw up your speedo or awd switch in the roll over?

we need top know yr as stated above to dircet you in the right direction as there are 2 differnt systems they used.

Thats right the newer single diff internal Hilliary will always turn the shaft to the front diff but not the two front wheel drive axles unless the 4wd engages, while the older dual hub Hilliary's will always turn all 3 shafts all the time.

Check if power is going to your hubs. Does your awd light on your switch work?

i agree with tlc. the awd light will come on when the 4wd is on. if there is no light then its either a wire, or connection issue. if the light comes on then its the wires to the hubs
