trailblazer 250 front wheel bearing replacement

Does the front hub just slide off? I need to replace the bearings and I can't get the hub off. It won't even budge. I've taken the brake caliper off and also the castle nut and everything else that needs to come off.

should just slide right off. you could try to use a steering wheel puller if its big enough to see if you can pull it off

I tried using a puller already and it still wouldn't budge. It actually started bending the brake rotor

might try a little heat around the carrier part of the hub. sounds like you have a seized bearing race thats stickin to the spindle.

Heat is your best bet only after trying a good penetrating oil. I found that PB Blaster works better than good ol' WD-40 when it comes to stuck parts. Good luck---Proflow
