Default 2007 Polaris Scrambler 4x4 Gearcase

My scrambler seems to be leaking alot of gearcase oil out of the rear of the frame, as far as I can tell there is some kind of breather/overflow tube that goes up near the air filter box into the frame that allows the oil to leak to the back. The dealer told me the only time they have seen this would be from over filling the gearcase?

The manual says to fill it to the bottom of the bolt. It almost looks like it could be coming out of the top of the case where the shifter connects, has anyone ever had this problem are there any suggestions? Is this issue a concern or can i just keep pumping gearcase oil into it?

Also is there a cheaper alternative oil to the Pure Polaris brand for gearcase?

Thanks,
