Default Crank pin removal

What is the best way to remove the crank pin connecting the rod to the crankshaft? Best way, as in doing it yourself at home.
Thank YOU!

Well doing it yourself at home is not really an option for most people. you need at least a 20 ton press maybe more. as well some fixtures for supporting the crank as you push it out.
but thats a easy part, the hard part is getting it straight after push the new one in.
which includes some precision vee-blocks, a dial indicator and a a lead hammer to beat it straight. sounds crude but it\s true. The machine shop I work in we charge an hour shop time to replace a crank pin. 110 cad here in BC, Canada

DITTO here in Texas too! Not for the doityourselfer on the crank if you dont have the proper tools. Cost in US dollars a little less at our shop.
