I think if we had the death penalty for murder, rape and especially molestation of our children people would think more and harder b4 commiting such horrible crimes. Then also like the middle east cut off there hands or arms for stealing or being fraudulent. You might think I'm twisted but kill em' or cut limbs off slowly. Torcher has it's rewards, to bad human rights activists don't realize this, althuogh they'd change there toon if these things happened to their child or their identity was stolen, I HATE ignorant people.

With the recidivism rate for child molesters at 100% I can promise you that there is no deterrent whatsoever. Manditory death sentences = future crime prevention.

 

One of the big problems with this country's judicial system is that the penalties for whatever offense aren't carried out. I believe if we had firm penalties and carried them out, at least some of the criminals will think twice before carrying out whatever they are scheming. The criminals know that sentences are a joke here.
