2008 Polaris 500 H.O won't start
 

Hey Guys! I just started my Polaris 500 H.O to pull it out of the garage (had no problems with that), but once I shut it off and tried to start it back up, all it does when I turn the key is click. What gives? I'm sure it's something simple, but if anyone can help me out it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Check your battery. What is the voltage reading?

first thing is to rule out the battery by making sure it's 100 % charged and then check all connections inclucing the one to the starter. if all good, then w/ the key on jump the 2 big cables on the solenoid to see if it cranks over. if it does the solenoid is bad. if not then the starter is the issue. imo

If it is the starter do not get a new one, there starter are know for getting a sticky dirty brush, there easy to clean up and get moving freely agian.

Try pull starting it that would rule out any problems other than the starting system .
