Any Southern Idaho Riding Suggestions?

Posted this on where to ride and got not one response.
Wife and I are planning our ATV vacation and were looking at southern Idaho. Is it a good place to ride? Can a person set up a home point and do some serious riding without having to load up and drive to get to different trail heads? Thanks for your replys.

I know this is not the place to make this post and it may be deleted but I'm sure there are some ATV riders from Idaho on this site.

Idaho has some awesome sand dunes near the town of St. Anthony that are definitly worth checking out. I live 2 1/2 hours away from them and I ride there at least once a week in the warmer months. I don't know about the riding there other than that but I know that Utah has dunes, the famous Piute trail, and some Awesome riding in the mountains right where I live.

I live in the southwestern part of Idaho. Boise to be exact. We have several places to ride here in the Boise area. I belong to the Idaho ATV assn and we have several chapters around the state. Do you have any particular areas of the state that you want to ride? If so i'll do some checking on other areas of the state and get back to you. I know the link below is not complete, but go there and then go to the comment page. Most of the comments get answered by the club president and he has the scoop on plenty of ride areas. Hope this helps you out.

Thanks for your off topic replies. I heard the Wallace area is a great place to ride, but it is almost a 1000 miles from here and want to spend most of our stick time on the quads and not in the pick up. Thinking about the Pocatello area if it has good riding places with out to much hauling time.
