ITP XTR's Fit on my 550XP?
 

I want to replace the factory tires (not the rims) on my 2010 550XP w/EPS with a set of ITP Mud Lite XTR's and have heard different answers on if they will fit or not. They are 1" bigger in diameter and width (27-9-14 and 27-11-14) and I've heard that they rub on the 2009 550XP models but not the 2010 550 XP models. Anybody know the answer? I'm not sure but if the XTRs (great tire btw) are 1" wider than the Terriblethons than you will have an extra 1/2" to deal with. I would take a good look at it and see if that extra 1/2" is going to rub on anything. Most likely would be a tie rod end in the front. I think they fixed a problem in the rear where a wider tire would hit the sway bar???

2010 changed the rear swaybar. The front suspension should be the same as the 850, I would think. I have the xtr's on my stock wheels 09 850, and there is no rubbing up front. My problem was the rear.

i bought a set of 27" swamp lites on itp wheels from atvtiresplus.com free shipping 702 bucks all together

How do the swamp lites fair? Im looking at these,the GBC Spartacus tires, and the ITP Mudlites. Sorry for the derail, sounds like the question is answered though.
