Howdy everyone.....I'm adding a second battery to my 2007 X2 500. I don't know why, but I need an ATV project. So.....what I need to know is the rated electrical output of the X2. Are the ratings in watts or amps, at what RPM, are all Sportsman models the same in electrical output, etc? Has anybody here done a second battery install? Thanx.......NoJoke

30 amp, 360 cold cranking amps on the oem battery if this is what your talking about??. OPT

No, the stator current will be AC, every machine a little different.Will show on shop manual if you have one. Regulator /rectifier changes it to DC. OPT
