Trail Boss 325 won't rev or idle
 

Have a 2000 Trail Boss 325. Sat too long, rebuilt carb. Now it won't start unless choked, won't idle at all and won't rev up. If I pull the cover off the breather box, it will rev, but still no idle. Any thoughts?

I know you said the carb was rebuilt, but did you make ABSOLUTELY sure the jets (both pilot and main) were clean and clear? Also, is the air filter clean? It sounds to me like the pilot jet and/or main jet is/are clogged or partially clogged.

Hopefully I can get time tomorrow to pull the carb back out and check. Thanks for the info
