Also spark plug cap was supposed to be around 5k ohms. Mine was dead. Replacement cap I heard will work is
NGK TB05EMA.

This 5 buck manual will give you the specs on the stator and other electrical checks,along with the wiring schematic. Minimum compression is 115 psi per the manual.Shorted out resistor in the plug cap can cause the problem,but check the bare wire against the cylinder for spark.2004 Polaris Predator 50 Service Manual PDF Download

Predator 50 got spark but won't fire

I have a 05 polaris predator 50 it has spark but won't fire replaced the stator an the cdi box but won't fire it's getting fuel an has a good plug any suggestions

Checked compression? Manual calls for 115psi minimum. Any lower than that and you can have problems.
