Lol Beergut. I switched both relays and no start. I should add before it died on me at the house here it also did the same up North but started working again. My pod lights stopped working and had no ignition at all. I screwed around with the 5A fuse and the pod started working and had ignition too. Also my tach was way off and acting funny and battery light was coming on before all this happened. Brought it home, charged it up and thats when i wiggled the fuse to get it all working. Could it be a bad stator?

Think it's still a fuse block problem. Pull up the fuse block itself,I've found wires underneath that have come loose and barely making contact. Also trace the fuse block harness further up and see if you have a 20 amp circuit breaker taped to the harness. Some of the early efi models had this thermal breaker that would shut off and reset and gave us fits at the shop until we found it. Not sure if it's on your model. OPT

I did unbolt the fuse block but did not see any thing loose. That dont mean I dont have a broken wire in the insulation though. I'll have to dig in and do some tests for shorts or broken wires. If I took it in do you think that Digital wrench would find the problem or just bring up the codes it had? They will charge me $70 to hook it up. I still need to run that fuel pressure test. The pressure gauge I had was for automobiles and the fitting on the guage is too big to screw on my rail.
