WHAT'S THE BEST MOD FOR THE MONEY FOR A TRAIL BLAZER, FOR SAND DUNE REC RIDING?

I would have to say an aftermarket pipe and clutch kit. For under $350 you should be able to pick up a combo kit which includes both of these from HPD, Hot Seat or my personal choice, RCR (Ritter Cycle Racing). The difference will be night and day from stock.

THANKS FOR INFO BUT WHAT COLOR SPRING FOR CLUTCH? ILL RIDE SAND AND OPEN AREA?

Call Rick at RCR. He will be glad to help you out there. There are so many different combinations you can come uup with and I have very little knowledge of how to tune a clutch for various riding conditions. It has alot to do with which machine, what hp, rider size, and type of terrain and it also takes being able to read a tachometer and distinguish shift out rate of your quad. So needless to say it's better left to the guys who have played with these things alot for a living. Rick sent the plain spring for my drive clutch when I bought my pipe from him. According to him this was the best choice for my application.
