I would replace the half of the oil tank since it is already of and cost no more than it does.

Most auto parts stores carry or can order oversize drain plugs (bring the old one in); J. C. Whitney (312) 431-6102 www.jcwhitneyusa.com may help.

I ordered the front side of the oil reservoir case today and Polaris is going to cover it under warranty. Kinda surprized me but I did not argue of course. I can't wait to get back smokin' the trails!!! Thanks for the reply's!

I must agree with you Jerry I hope these other cats who say they can,t get anything fixed under warranty see this post I am just having trouble believing that they are buying their quads in the same country as us I have a dealer who goes out of his way to satisfy his customers some of these horror stories these other dudes tell make me want to go give him a big kiss well maybe not that much maybe I,ll buy him lunch. Hey; we need to quit posting on Bills 99 Sportsman post and let that thing roll off of here my measely little computer can hardly load it its gotten so big.
