Last Wednesday I traded a Rancher in on a Ducks Unlimited SP500 HO. It was to be on a truck due this week. Guess what? I still have not seen it.
I've called the dealer every day since Wednesday and they claim to know nothing about why it is not here or when it will arrive. The Polaris regional reoresentative was in last week and told me it would be here by now. Does anyone have a phone number for Polaris customer service or headquarters? I don't believe my dealer cannot find out something. Needless to say my blood pressure is rising everyday. I intended to be riding this weekend. Any numbers or suggestions would be appreciated. Will your dealer not give you a number? If they won't help you, I'd contact the next nearest dealer and explain what's going on. Maybe they'll help you out, hoping to win over your future business. You might also go to the Polaris website and send some emails. Best of luck.
