DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW MANY WATTS OF LIGHTING YOU CAN USE ON A TB BEFORE ITS TO MANY

I wouldn't add anymore the an extra set of 55 watt lights. Even then, if you are not keeping the throttle up the battery will very slowly lose its charge. The stator in the TB is rated at 150 watts.

When you say 55 watts, are you saying that adding a set(2) of generic driving lights would be OK? my father in-law is wanting to add lights to my old T-Blazer.

The best way to determine how much wattage you can pull on your lights is to find out how much wattage the alternator puts out and subtract 15%.

The easiest way to get more light from a Trailblazer is to replace the 55 watt H-3 bulb with a 100 watt H-3 bulb. These bulbs can be found at automotive stores easily and shouldn't set you back more than $10.
