Think I gotr sorted now. Had to lean it out a bit. Runs good..

Anyone got a wiring diagram for the 4wd switch.? Switch is missing just want to know what the wires go to..

Gray/white coming into the awd switch from the gear box switch. Brown goes out for the awd light. Gray wire out leads to hub coils. If this doesn't help,the cheap 5 buck manual can.DOWNLOAD 1996-1998 Polaris ATV Repair Manual ALL MODELS - Download ...

Only thing I'm not sure of is the yellow wire in he same loom..

If it's a Yellow with a Red stripe,goes to the hub safety limiter module.If it's a sold Yellow you're talking about,it's the high beam hot wire.
