Won't move

My 03 /700 twin I got on it the other day and it wouldn't move forward or backward. Is this a clutch spring problem ? I replaced the belt like 6 months ago. Please help " old polaris tech " !

That'd be the first area I'd check into if you can at least shift it into gear and it wont move.
