2015 Razor Highlifter Info Needed

I was wondering if anyone has any experience with replacing the front diff seals (outer and inner) on a rzr 1000? Mine are starting to leak a small bit and I have not pulled them out, but I wanted to get some ordered and need the dimensions. I am pretty sure the outer seals are 30mmx40mmx4mm, but not 100% and I have not been able to find any specs on the inner. Thanks in advance for your help.

Seems like that's the weak point on all models.Rzrs had the same problem. You might look at a sturdier support that might solve this. Here's one a guy made from Polaris atv forums. Polaris front diff pinion cover upgrade - Polaris ATV Forum

Yea, that is what I have been reading. Nothing has broken, just leaking a bit around the seal. I think I am just going to replace the seals right now and maybe look at upgrading to the pinion cover. Any measurements would be great for the seals. Can't seem to pinpoint any of those right now.

Polaris sells as a kit I think just to stop people from finding their own. Older models on the Rzr forums showed it to be a 30mm ID x 40mm x 4mm wide double lip oil seal, but that could be wrong on the newer ones.

It's hard for me to spend that kind of money, when I can get the seal for about $5.00. Even the bearings at Polaris are way overpriced. I think we will go ahead and pull the seal and measure. USA Bearings and Seals in Lakecity, FL has most of these seals and bearing for a very good price.

Pinion upgrade is well worth the $. Had same issue on my RZR and that fixed it for good. Never had an issue after.

Switzomatic, what kind of upgrade are you talking about. More details please. Is this the same thing oldpolaristech was talking about? I took a look at the link he gave me, but not sure about that. Still looking for the correct data on the seal. I measure last night and the OD was 2.8"/71mm shaft diameter was 1.8"/45mm and thickness came out to .28"/7mm.

Ok everyone, here is a pic of a 570 front diff seal and I am looking for anyone that may have the correct dimensions for the front diff seal on a 2015 RZR 1000. I am not sure if I measured it correctly or not and that is why I am asking for anyone's help. I measured across the entire seal, edge to edge and came up with 2.8"/71mm, next I measure the inside hole edge to edge and got 1.8"/45mm and then finally I measured the total thickness, which was .26"/7mm. Does anybody have ANY information about this seal and who may have them OTHER THAN POLARIS. I like the pinion upgrade, but my friend is not wanting to do this, so we are back to looking for the seal. Thanks

Looks like the seal measurement you described is used in a Kubota tractor also.https://parts.mbtractor.com/item/VF16640591/ Plus look close on the seal itself. A lot of them have the size in small lettering.

OPT, thanks for the input. Once question for you. I have been trying to get pics of these seals, because I have been reading a lot of sites and it seems the seal measurements are a little backwards from what I did. On these seals, do you know which number is first? On a couple of seal websites, I noticed that their measurements are shaft size listed first and then outside diameter of the entire seal. In other words, should my seal be listed as 45mmx71mmx7mm? The 45mm is the shaft size and the 71mm is the outside diameter. Does this sound right? Maybe I have been searching for the wrong seal this whole time and is why it is so hard to find that particular size. Thoughts?
