well with enough parts grinding online there are 2 cdi box for an 07 hawkeye.
1 is for an 07 300 intl model that uses a 3089238 cdi box (fits 09/07 hawkeye)
1 is for an 07 300 model uses a 3089978 cdi box (fits 07,08,10,11 hawkeye)
im sure the aftermarket box is the 3089238 cdi since they say its for an 09 also.
the numbers 288-72202-01 are on my box found one that matches except the "01" on the end there's has "11" do you think it would work or know what it stands for?
3089978 CDI the second number is the same and 3rd is different but figure that is just for serializing.

Just because it's Korean is my best guess. Plus some parts listed on ebay that are supposed to work on multiple brands may mislead people into getting parts that won't work. Only aftermarket place I'd trust is Ricky Stators and haven't checked to see what they may offer for the Hawkeye if anything at all.

Yes have heard of RM stators.Supposedly a good company, but didn't like their bypass kits for the 700 Ducati ignitions. Unless it's for a certain serial# group or international, don't understand 2 stators when the oem parts lists only one. Same part # on the international one also.Pure Parts Polaris: Pure Victory, ATV, Snowmobile, Ranger & RZR Parts
