Default Stock main jet on a scrambler 400l?

So i just found out that my scrambler 400l needs a full rebuild (top & bottom). and would like to know what main jet i should use for a STOCK scrambler? and also if it would be bad if i used power reeds with a STOCK main jet?

Any feedback would be appreciated.

I think the stocker is a 230...but many drop that down to 220 as they are jetted fat from the factory. Reeds kinda act like a performance cam on a thumper...in that they are quicker to react to the engine pulse thus allowing both more fuel & air to enter the crankcase (cams have longer duration & lift kinda doing the same thing)...generally no jetting required...but every machine is different so learn to read your plug!!

Jetting changed a little over the years,would help to know the model.For instance a 1996 Scrambler 400 had a 250 main,35 pilot jet.1998 model used a 230 main,35 pilot jet as stock.
