Hole is probably under the bash plate where you can't see it. Depending on where it's at you may need one case half or the complete set of cases. Another common thing to happen when skirts broke. You have to decide if you want to put that much into it rebuilding it. If you do want to proceed, might as well get a new rod kit and crank bearings along with water pump seals, gasket and bearing and do it right. Can get a little expensive.

Judging by looking Add it looks like it is into the chamber that's between the oil pump and the crank I don't know what that's called

And when I was flushing it out with kerosene like you told me to the oil and kerosene would fall down in the hole and then when I tip the bike over all the oil and kerosene would come-back out of that hole

Counter balancer runs the water pump and oil pump. Either way if the case has broken in this area it's toast.#36 is the small bearing for the counter balancer.Oil pump runs off the worm gear on the counter balancer shaft end.

Pull the engine out first tear down and inspect closely as there may be unseen damage on the other case half. The crank case halves have to have a perfect seal against one another.

I've got just a couple more questions for you 1 is there a gasket that goes between the two crank case halves and 2 can I just take a metal plate and a gasket to block off the oil pump then just pre mix my gas?

No gasket between the case halves. Threebond,Yamabond sealants are used to seal the case halves. The crank case has to have a perfect seal. The c/b cavity(where the break is) is separate from the crank case cavity. All this would do is allow fuel/oil mixture to seep inside and highly doubt the engine would run.See if this pic helps clear this up for you.
