Default Oil in belt housiing

I have a 2006 sportsman 500. Belt was slipping. Pulled plug on cover had about a half cup of oil. Pulled cover and everything had oil on it. Pretty sure it the crank seal. Do you have to pull eng to replace seal.
Thanks

Just pull the drive clutch to get to the seal. Simple seal puller to pop the old one out. Use a little locktite on the new seal edge and tap it in place.
