[QUOTE=WilliamBos;3374793]Its all part of the HP wars, higher hp has to run hotter to meet emissions. The 570 is leaned out at 4200 RPM which is when it runs it's hottest.
You cant compare an older Polaris to a new 570. The 400HO(30HP)/500HO(35HP) ran signifigantly cooler than the 570(44HP) does.

Or sell it and buy a new Honda Rubicon DCT IRS 500 (29HP) solid as can be and wont melt the hair off of your legs.

I am going Honda next.[/QUOTE
i rode my buddies 17 rubicon last dice run and i hated it lol. Power was terrible, engine braking was brutal and I didn't notice my right leg getting hot yesterday. My buddy who has the 15 570 said he gets the heat really bad

so there's nothing that can be done to take care of the temp issue? It was also only 60 degrees yesterday while riding.

Call Ryan at RVS Performance. He has a custom tune that should solve those issues.

I have the same atv, but mine is a 2016. I wrapped the header with heat wrap. Got from Amazon for about 10 or 12 bucks. Makes all the difference. That with the new side cover and you should be golden. I wouldn't give my 570 up for anything. I now have around 600trouble free miles on it. I love the power it has, and is a very comfortable ride.

I'm definitely impressed with the power it has, didn't notice my leg getting too hot either. Just that overheating bullshit. You haven't had any issues overheating? I now have only 54 miles on mine and 6 hrs

No issues with over heating, I do have to top off the coolant reservoir every now and then. It's behind the left front tire. Might be over heating due to low coolant. I am in the desert and ride during the summer in temps around 90-100 degrees With no overheating. Are you getting a warning light?

Checked the coolant and it is good. Not sure if you seen my post above but I did a dice run Sunday. Towards the end of the day the temp light kept coming on. I'd shut it down and wait a bit then ride again. Two other people i was with were getting the same temp light. One was a 2016 sportsman 450 other one a 2015 570. Radiator wasn't packed with mud, it was only 60 degrees out also.

Sorry, I did read the previous posts quickly.....(brain fart).
The best advice I could give is the have the dealer take a look at it if you aren't able to find anything obvious. That's what the warranty is for. I wish I could give you something more to try and pinpoint the cause. But with an active warranty it's best to have the dealer look at it, even if they don't find any problems. The issue will be documented in their computer system.
