Check out that kill switch. Look for any corrosion on the pins and connectors. I'm not positive, but I'm thinking you will not find a fuseblock. I know my 06 has an ECM, which is a known issue for going out. I paid $150 for mine.
But, like said above, do all the tests around that kill switch to rule that out, before throwing parts at it.

If there is one, it should be right under number 7 in the pic inside the front storage box.

yea, not sure. I don’t have the service manual for an 06. Mine I’m an 08. Would think it would still need a fuseblock for power distrobution though - but perhaps not.

Update...Went picked my solenoid that i had tested and it was ok. Checked the Key switch and it was corroded ...Cleaned it up and should be good.....On to the kill switch and that was also corroded , cleaned that up but still no power. Moved on to ECM and all the connection were loose and not giving power to the Ecm. The so called Quad Mechanic that i hired stretched the pins so far out that i have to replace that Clip to the Ecm as they don`t make contact to power anything up. So i`m on the hunt for that clip + 1 foot of wire. Thanks again for all the help .

Update ...Have my Quad running after changing 2 Harnesses. 1 was off regular Quad which was missing 4x4. The second one worked with the issue being Key switch too corroded ...by cross wiring it she fired right up. Awesome feeling to see her roaring to life again. Does anybody have a picture where the regulator is located. I think it is ahead of the Radiator? Again Thanks for all the Help and have a Great Day.
