1999 Sportsman 335 - LR-60 Electrical Sensor Question

Ok, before I get hit with negative comments, I just want the machine to run like it should and not have to switch on the fan with an external switch.
I have more time then money- LOL
This is a new to me project, and have oil cooler sensor issue...
The LR-60 controls fan and temp light.
The sensor in picture has a working light but fan came on as soon as key turned on.
I have another used one that is on the machine and the fan works as it should however the RED light is on all the time, I can live with that for now.

So since I have an extra going to take it apart- could not find any pics on the internet of this.
Hope it helps someone, and I'm going to try and repair the 2 burned out resistors.
If anyone has more information - PLEASE SHARE...
Thanks GREAT site- alot of help....
