Just wanted to update worked on the machine this evening it is not throwing any codes even as bad as its idling but if I unplug the T Bap plug it throws 41 and 45 thats normal I would think Now the wires had some scuff marks on them and spot or three you could see the copper I had already taped them afew days ago but untapped them today and ordered the plug from OTB Powersports I don't for sure if any were broke in two but they were in rough shape.

What seems odd it was running really good after the fuel pump ,fuel pressure regulator and fuel filter change then after I put the water pump seals and oil seal it ran bad after I put it back together I did pull the flywheel and stator but I don't see what that could do. any Ideas would be greatly appreciated.

 

Another up date on the atv I replaced the T Bap wiring from OTB a really good product but still didn't help a thing. anyone got any ideas where to look next. Idle is just as bad as ever

 

check to make sure you have the proper voltage at the battery my 04 700 EFI kinda did that when i got it and the stator was not working and once again when the battery was fried and not holding a charge, the light on the needle flashes when this happens then the batt light comes on and it goes to reduced power right before it dies lol

 

also silly question did you replace the fuel filter when you did the pump?
