No I have not checked valves or compression compression seems to be ok it was runing wen I picked it up he started it3or4 time then we loaded it and drove home got home went to start it and could not get it to sttart and I have not got it started.

Have you checked the exhaust pipe and muffler for anything that may have made a nest or clogged them? Just another thought.

No but I'll pull them off today and check what would cause the pull starter rope not to start it ether

The air screw on carb was turned out 5 turns I put it at 2 and half on the new carb and started writeup but I did replace all fuel lines and new carb new fuel filter but I am having one more problem I can't get the ideal perfect

It's running rich or lean but it's one of the too
