2003 sportsman 700 running issues
Hi.
We have an 03 sportsman 700 that is acting weird. Couple of weeks ago it wouldn't idle unless the lights are on. Moved the negative battery connection to a different engine mount and started running correctly. Took it out for an hour Friday without a problem. Started up Saturday and made it about 50 yards and noticed the Speedo was flashing SERV. Turned around and got out the manual. Nothing about messages on the Speedo. Noticed the wench a also flashing and PSI was at 1. Thought that was why it flashed. Reset this morning and started up the quad. After a few minutes of idle started to sputter, turning the lights on and it smooths out. Will not accelerate at all. How many different ground are there? Cleaned the engine to frame connectors, no change. Thanks.P.s. how would I determine if this is the ignition issue with failing Ducati parts? I don't mind doing the upgrade offered by rmstator, but not if it won't fix the issue. Thanks
