Default 1997 Polaris Trail Boss 250

Anyone know what the engine compression specs are for a 1997 Polaris Trail Boss 250? Takes a long time to crank and get it running. Thought I run this check too. It also losses power when it gets hot; putters out in gearing and almost dies. When I put it in neutral, the engine revs just fine.

does sound like low compression. just a guess but cold compression on a 2 stroke I would think at least 125 psi plus. any thing below 100 needs attention imo.
