2006 Polaris Sportsman 450 Won't Start
 

Hello,
I am brand new to the Forum. I have acquired a 2006 Polaris Sportsman 450 that will not start. I have done the following:
new Diehard Battery 210 CCA
Installed a new Starter Solenoid
Replaced the fuel petcock
Drained all old fuel
Rebuilt fuel pump and verified it is working
Rebuilt the carburetor, new fuel line and filter to carb
Replaced the spark plug
I have no lights or display on the dash, when turning the key to start, the solenoid clicks rapidly. when I jump the solenoid the starter cranks the engine over, pumps fuel into the carburetor, but will not start. The spark plug is completely dry. I verified spark at the plug.
I am not sure what to do next. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
