That link shows clips of the problem.
It has new clutch.
TPS sensor was adjusted to fix low end surge no dead spots found will check again
Fuel pressure at 40psi no drop found on start up rev or moving
New spark plugs.
It's not speed or RPM-based as if it's kept under the halfway point or where it starts to surge it will rev through the whole range. I got the quad a few weeks ago so I'm still going through stuff and it's my first efi machine so I could really use some help
