If anybody has installed one of these kits, are there any little tips/tricks that will help it go easier and/or faster?.
Would it be best to just remove ALL the plastic before I start anything else?. Also, what should I look for after the install as far as plug color?.. Light tan to greyish?

Call RCR 618-644-3211 and the guy will reccomend a kit for your riding style. Unfortunately, RCR does not make a pipe for my 1993 TB so DG is included in the RCR KIT for my ATV. I am not sure if the DG pipe will make that big of a difference?????

Weedy,
Thanks... this kit that my friend oredered for his Sportsman 400 is the "Low End" kit... He needs more bottom end for the oversized tires, lift kit, and the 20,000 lbs. of crap he ALWAYS has to carry with him.. OK, so maybe its NOT 20,000.. but its alot...
He's already got it in, but he has the mechanical ability of a flat basketball... so guess who got volunteered to "help" him install it... I was just wondering if there was anything that would make the job go smoother.. or if anybody has already installed on of these, was there something that would have been easier done a different way?.. I dont think its gonna be that big of a deal as far as the install... but its ALWAYS nice to have the advice of somebody thats already done it...
