When do the 2002 models hit the floor?

And, how much of a discount should I request from a 2001 Scrambler 400 2x4 that's priced at 4999.00. From what I'm hearing; this is the same price as the 2002. Brand new, but a year old...how much is that worth? Either way, I'll own one this Saturday...
